Ingredients / Active Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains:

• Calcium carbonate 1.5 g (providing 600 mg elemental calcium)
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 400 IU (10 micrograms)

Other ingredients: sucrose, povidone, isomalt, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycollate, flavouring agents.

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

• Adults and elderly: 2 tablets daily, ideally one in the morning and one in the evening.
