• Active ingredient: Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10mg
• Other ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate

Dosage & Directions

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet (10mg) once daily
• Children aged 6–12 years: Take half a tablet (5mg) twice daily
• Children under 6 years: Not recommended in tablet form – use an age-appropriate oral solution if advised by a healthcare professional
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.

For best results, take at the same time each day during allergy season or when symptoms persist.

Side Effects

Although most people tolerate cetirizine well, some may experience:

• Common: Headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea
• Uncommon: Dizziness, fatigue, stomach pain
• Rare: Allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing – seek immediate medical attention
