Ingredients in Chlorphenamine 2mg/5ml Oral Solution
- Active Ingredient: Chlorphenamine maleate 2mg per 5ml
- Other Ingredients: Sorbitol solution, glycerol, ethanol, propylene glycol, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, liquid maltitol, water, flavourings, colouring agents, preservatives (methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate)
Dosage & Directions for Use
This medicine should be taken using the provided measuring device.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml every 4 to 6 hours (maximum 60ml in 24 hours)
- Children 6 to 12 years: 5ml every 4 to 6 hours (maximum 30ml in 24 hours)
- Children 1 to 5 years: 2.5ml every 4 to 6 hours (maximum 15ml in 24 hours)
- Not suitable for children under 1 year.
Always shake the bottle well before use. Do not exceed the stated dose.
