- Provides relief from multiple cold and flu symptoms, including fever, nasal congestion, sore throat, headache, and body aches.

Ingredients / Active Ingredients
Active ingredients (per sachet):
- Paracetamol 650mg – relieves pain and reduces fever.
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg – nasal decongestant that reduces swelling in nasal passages.
Other ingredients include: Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), citric acid, sucrose, aspartame, sodium citrate, saccharin sodium, curcumin (E100), lactose, polysorbate 80 (E433), silica (E551), caster sugar, and lemon flavour.
How to Use / Dosage Instructions
- Adults, elderly, and children 16+: Dissolve one sachet in hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved and sweeten if desired.
- Take every 4–6 hours as required, up to a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours.
- Do not give to children under 16.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Use for short-term relief only; consult a pharmacist or doctor if symptoms persist for more than 5 days.
