Who is Valupak Vitamin D3 1000iu Tablets Suitable For?

Valupak Vitamin D3 1000iu Tablets are suitable for adults and children over 12 years. They are particularly beneficial for individuals who:

  • Spend limited time outdoors
  • Wear clothing that covers most of the skin
  • Have darker skin tones
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding (consult a healthcare professional first)
  • Follow a vegan or vegetarian diet lacking fortified foods

 

Ingredients / Active Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

  • Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 25μg (equivalent to 1000 IU) per tablet

Other ingredients:

  • Microcrystalline Cellulose
  • Dicalcium Phosphate
  • Magnesium Stearate
  • Modified Maize Starch

This formulation is free from sugar, gluten, and yeast.

 

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

Dosage by age group:

  • Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take one tablet daily.

How often to take it:

  • Once daily, preferably with food to aid absorption.

How to administer:

  • Oral use. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Duration of use:

  • Can be taken daily on an ongoing basis, especially during autumn and winter, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
