• Active Ingredient: Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg
• Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow

Dosage Instructions

• Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over
• Take one tablet daily with water before a meal
• Do not exceed the stated dose
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed one – do not double the dose

Possible Side Effects

While Pirilieve is generally well tolerated, side effects can occur:

• Common: Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea
• Uncommon: Fatigue, dry mouth, difficulty sleeping
• Rare: Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, or shortness of breath – seek immediate medical attention if this occurs
