At Health Pharmacy, we operate a streamlined UK-only delivery model designed to balance speed, reliability, and regulatory compliance. We partner with established courier networks to ensure timely delivery, while remaining transparent about what is and is not within our control.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery services at checkout:
Standard Delivery 3–5 working days via Royal Mail 48
- 98% of orders are delivered within 3 working days
- This is our most cost-effective option
- Free on orders over £30
Please note: while most parcels arrive quickly, Royal Mail formally advises that delivery may take up to 10 working days from dispatch, regardless of tracking level.
Express Tracked Delivery 2–4 working days via Royal Mail 24
- 98% of orders are delivered within 1–2 working days
- Includes end-to-end tracking
- Ideal for customers requiring faster delivery than standard
Despite the service name, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Their official position remains delivery within 10 working days from dispatch.
DPD Next Working Day Delivery
- 96% of orders are delivered the next working day
- Full tracking and delivery notifications
Important clarification: although branded as “Next Day” by DPD, they do not guarantee next-day delivery. As with Royal Mail, their delivery commitment is within 10 working days from dispatch.
Local Delivery & Click & Collect
Local Driver Delivery (HA2 & HA5 Postcodes)
Customers based in HA2 or HA5 postcodes can take advantage of our local driver delivery service.
- Same day up to 3 working days delivery
- £2 flat fee
- Deliveries take place between 3pm and 7pm
- Email notifications will be sent on the day of dispatch
Free Click & Collect
We also offer free Click & Collect across our local branches.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is ready
- Collection will be arranged from one of our three branches:

- Health Pharmacy, Wembley, HA9 8RB – Free parking directly outside store apart from event days
- Health Pharmacy, Rayners Lane, HA5 5DY – Free one hour parking using PayByPhone app directly outside store
- Health Pharmacy, North Harrow, HA2 7SY – Free one hour parking using PayByPhone app on Pinner Road and Cambridge Road Car Park
You will be clearly informed which branch your order is ready to collect from.
Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day. However, in certain circumstances, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
All quoted delivery timeframes are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day the order is placed.
Delivery Timeframes & Courier Responsibility
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and select the most appropriate courier based on your chosen service. However, once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to their operational performance.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of service selected
- Any parcel delayed beyond 10 working days from dispatch is considered eligible for investigation
- All delivery claims must be raised via Health Pharmacy, not directly with the courier
Where appropriate, we will offer a resolution, such as a refund or re-delivery, in line with our customer service policy.
Free Delivery Threshold
- Free Standard Delivery is available on orders over £30
- Free delivery uses the Standard 3–5 working day service
- If Express or DPD Next Day delivery is required, this must be selected and paid for at checkout
UK Delivery Only
In line with GPhC regulations, we do not ship orders outside the UK.
Non-UK Customers: Click & Collect Option
Non-UK residents may still place an order by selecting Click & Collect at checkout and arranging their own courier, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, to collect the parcel from our store.
Please note:
- This does not apply to any Pharmacy Only [P] products. any orders for this category of products placed by non-UK residents will be automatically refunded.
- Courier arrangements and costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Once the parcel leaves our premises, Health Pharmacy accepts no liability
- Any information required by your courier can be provided upon request
