Description

Crepe Bandages are designed to provide light compression and support for muscles and joints, helping to reduce swelling and provide stability following minor injuries such as sprains and strains.

This 7.5cm x 4.5m crepe bandage is soft, flexible and breathable, allowing comfortable movement while keeping dressings securely in place.

How to Use

• Start wrapping below the injured area and work upwards.
• Apply with gentle, even tension.
• Overlap each layer by around half the width of the bandage.
• Secure with tape or clips if required.
• Remove and reapply if discomfort, numbness or swelling occurs.
• Suitable for supporting joints such as wrists, ankles, knees and elbows

• Can be used to secure wound dressings
• Washable and reusable (check manufacturer guidance)
• For external use only

• If pain, swelling or reduced movement worsens
