Who is it Suitable For?
Movelat Cream is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. It is intended for those experiencing muscle and joint pain, including sprains, strains, rheumatic pain, and backache.
Ingredients / Active Ingredients
- Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate (MPS) 0.2% w/w – an anti-inflammatory agent that helps reduce swelling and improve circulation in affected tissues.
- Salicylic Acid 2% w/w – aids penetration of the active ingredient and provides mild analgesic action.
Other ingredients: Cetostearyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, oleyl alcohol, fragrance, and purified water.
How to Use / Dosage Instructions
Dosage by age group:
- Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply a thin layer to the affected area up to four times daily.
- Children under 12: Not recommended.
How to administer:
- For topical use only. Gently massage the cream into the skin over the painful area until fully absorbed.
Duration of use:
- Use only as directed. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, seek medical advice.
Possible Side Effects
Movelat Cream is generally well tolerated. However, some users may experience:
- Common: Mild skin irritation, redness, or itching at the application site.
- Rare: Allergic skin reactions such as rash, swelling, or blistering.
Discontinue use if irritation is severe or persistent.

- Do not use if you are allergic to mucopolysaccharide polysulphate, salicylic acid, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
- Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, open wounds, and mucous membranes.
- Do not cover the treated area with occlusive dressings.

- Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Prolonged use is not advised during late pregnancy.
Driving or machinery:
- Movelat Cream has no known effect on driving or using machines.

- Avoid using alongside other topical treatments on the same area.
- Take care if you are using oral anticoagulants (blood thinners), as salicylic acid may increase bleeding risk.
