If you raise a concern or make a complaint, you will not be treated differently and your care will not be affected in any way.
Talk to us first
Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. Please speak to a member of our pharmacy team or ask to speak to the pharmacist. A private consultation room is available on request.
How to make a complaint

Timescales
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days. Complaints should normally be made within 12 months of the event or from when you became aware of the issue.
Complaining on behalf of someone else
If you are complaining on behalf of another person, we may require their written consent unless they are unable to provide this due to illness or lack of capacity.
If you are not satisfied
If you’re not satisfied with the resolution, you can escalate the complaint by contacting the GPhC or MHRA.
If your complaint relates to NHS services, you may contact NHS England instead of, or in addition to, contacting us.
