Calpol Sugar Free Infant Suspension is a paracetamol-based oral liquid medicine designed to relieve pain and reduce fever. It is formulated without sugar and provides fast, soothing relief from common childhood symptoms such as teething discomfort, headaches, sore throats, earache, cold and flu symptoms, toothache, and post-vaccination fever.

Active & Inactive Ingredients
Active Ingredient (per 5ml):
- Paracetamol 120mg
Inactive Ingredients:
Strawberry flavour, sorbitol liquid (non-crystallising), maltitol liquid, glycerol, xanthan gum, carmellose sodium, purified water, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, sodium benzoate (preservative E211), colouring agents (if applicable depending on variant).
How to Use / Dosage Instructions
How to administer:
- Oral liquid using the supplied syringe or spoon.
- Shake bottle well before use.
Dosage by age group:

How often to take it:
- Up to 4 times in 24 hours, leaving at least 4 hours between doses.
