 Who is it Suitable For?

  • Adults and children aged 5 years and over.
  • Suitable for individuals with bruises, swelling, or superficial vein inflammation.
  • Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if recommended by a healthcare professional.

 

Ingredients / Active Ingredients

  • Heparinoid 0.3% w/w – a heparin-like substance that reduces swelling, improves blood flow, and speeds up bruise healing.

Other ingredients: Macrogol 600, isopropyl myristate, glycerol, propylene glycol, cetostearyl alcohol, and purified water.

 

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

Dosage by age group:

  • Adults and children over 5 years: Apply a thin layer over the affected area 2–3 times daily.

How often to apply:

  • Morning and evening, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

How to administer:

  • For external use only.
  • Massage gently into the skin over the affected area.
  • Avoid broken skin, mucous membranes, and eyes.

Duration of use:

  • Continue until symptoms improve; seek advice if no improvement after 5–7 days.

Hirudoid Cream is generally well tolerated. Occasionally:
