Active substance:

  • Glucose (as dextrose monohydrate 25%) – 15g per 60ml shot.

Other ingredients: Water, citric acid (E330), natural flavouring, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

 

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

For diabetes / hypoglycaemia:

  • Drink one full 60ml shot (15g glucose) immediately when symptoms of low blood sugar occur.
  • Re-test blood glucose after 15 minutes; repeat if levels remain low.

For sports / energy support:

  • Drink 30ml (half a shot) 10–15 minutes before high-energy activity lasting 30 minutes or more.
  • A full shot may be used for extended activity.
