Who is Panmigrol Migraine & Headache Relief Tablets Suitable For?

Panmigrol Tablets are suitable for adults aged 18 years and over who are experiencing headaches or migraines, including migraines with or without aura. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18.

 

Ingredients / Active Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains:

  • Aspirin 250mg – reduces inflammation and pain
  • Paracetamol 250mg – blocks pain signals in the brain
  • Caffeine 65mg – enhances pain relief by boosting the effects of aspirin and paracetamol

Other ingredients may include starch, cellulose, and coating agents.

 

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

Dosage by Age Group:

  • Adults 18+ only
  • Not suitable for children or adolescents under 18

For Headache Relief:

  • Take 1 or 2 tablets with a full glass of water when symptoms begin
  • If needed, take another 1 or 2 tablets after 4–6 hours
  • Maximum: 6 tablets in 24 hours
  • Do not use for more than 4 consecutive days without medical advice

For Migraine Relief:

  • Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water when symptoms or aura start
  • If needed, repeat dose after 4–6 hours
  • If no relief occurs within 2 hours, seek medical advice
  • Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days for migraine without consulting a doctor

Method of Administration:
Oral – swallow whole with a full glass of water

Duration of Use:
Short-term only unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional

Possible Side Effects

Like all medicines, Panmigrol may cause side effects in some people. These may include:

  • Common: indigestion, nausea, or mild stomach discomfort
  • Rare: skin rash, allergic reaction, dizziness, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), bleeding or bruising
    Seek urgent medical help if you have trouble breathing, swelling, or severe skin reactions.

 

Warnings and Precautions

Do not use if you:

  • Are allergic to aspirin, paracetamol, caffeine, NSAIDs, or any of the ingredients
  • Have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, asthma triggered by NSAIDs
  • Are taking other paracetamol-containing products, or medicines that increase bleeding risk

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.

Driving & Machinery:
Unlikely to affect your ability to drive or use machines. However, migraines or drowsiness may impair your focus—wait until symptoms ease.

 

Interactions with Other Medicines

Avoid combining with:

  • Other medicines containing paracetamol or aspirin
  • Anticoagulants like warfarin
  • SSRIs, methotrexate, or NSAIDs
    Always inform your pharmacist or doctor about any other medicines you’re taking.

 

Storage Information

  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C
  • Keep in the original packaging
  • Do not use after the expiry date
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children
