Panmigrol Migraine Pain Relief Tablets are suitable for adults aged 18 years and over who are experiencing migraines, including migraines with or without aura. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18.

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Aspirin 250mg – reduces inflammation and pain
• Paracetamol 250mg – blocks pain signals in the brain
• Caffeine 65mg – enhances pain relief by boosting the effects of aspirin and paracetamol

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

Dosage by Age Group:
