Who is Sleep Aid Diphenhydramine 25mg Tablets Suitable For?
Sleep Aid Diphenhydramine 25mg Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 16 years and over who are experiencing short-term sleeping difficulties, such as trouble falling asleep or staying asleep due to stress, lifestyle changes or jet lag. They are not intended for long-term use.
Ingredients / Active Ingredients
Active ingredient:
- Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg – a sedating antihistamine used for its sleep-inducing properties.
Other ingredients may include:
Lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate, and other excipients.
How to Use / Dosage Instructions
Dosage by age group:
- Adults and children aged 16 and over: Take one to two tablets about 20 minutes before bedtime.
How often to take it:
- Take only once in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
How to administer:
- Tablets should be taken by mouth with water. Do not crush or chew.
Duration of use:
- For short-term use only, generally no longer than 2 weeks without medical supervision.
