Who is it Suitable For?

For adults and children aged 12 years and over who require short-term relief from acute moderate pain such as headaches, migraines, dental pain, period pain, rheumatic pain, backache, and sciatica, especially when other painkillers have not been effective.

 

Ingredients / Active Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500mg – relieves pain and reduces fever.
• Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 12.8mg – an opioid analgesic for stronger pain relief.
• Caffeine 30mg – enhances the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol.

Other ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, saccharin sodium, and other excipients for solubility.

 

How to Use / Dosage Instructions

Dosage by age group:

• Adults and children 16+: 2 tablets dissolved in at least half a tumbler of water every 4–6 hours as required.
• Children 12–15 years: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as required.

How often to take it:

• Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours for adults or 4 tablets in 24 hours for children 12–15 years.

How to administer:

• Dissolve the tablet(s) fully in water and drink immediately.
• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Duration of use:

• Do not take for more than 3 days. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Common:

• Nausea, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness, dizziness.

Rare:

• Skin rash, itching, allergic reactions (including swelling of the face or throat), difficulty breathing, liver problems.
